Your qualifying purchase from Regency Furniture provides you with the opportunity to receive a rebate in the amount of your eligible purchase price if the Conditional Rebate Offer is activated in accordance with the Official Rules.
By participating in this program, you acknowledge and agree that there are no cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds available for any reason on eligible merchandise purchased during the Qualification Period of September 26, 2026, including in the event the Conditional Rebate Offer is cancelled, voided, or otherwise not activated.
Sales tax, delivery fees, and any other charges specifically excluded under the Official Rules are NOT included in the Rebate Amount and are not eligible for reimbursement. The Conditional Rebate Offer is valid only on qualifying purchases made on September 26, 2026, and is not valid on purchases made before or after that date. Any customer who completes a qualifying purchase during the Qualification Period will automatically qualify for participation in the Conditional Rebate Offer, subject to the complete Official Rules.
ACTIVATION REQUIREMENT: In order for the Conditional Rebate Offer to be activated, the Sponsor-designated Celebrity must predict and submit the exact final score of both teams in the designated game, including the correct winning team, in accordance with the Official Rules. The designated game is Seattle vs. Washington on September 27, 2026.
For the Conditional Rebate Offer to be activated and eligible Qualified Customers to receive their Rebate Amount, the Final Score prediction submitted by the Sponsor to the Administrator must exactly match the actual Final Score of the designated game. If the submitted prediction does not exactly match the actual Final Score in accordance with the requirements of the Official Rules, the Conditional Rebate Offer will not be activated and no Rebate Amount will be due or awarded.
REBATE PAYMENT: If the Conditional Rebate Offer is activated and all eligibility requirements have been satisfied, the Rebate Amount will be issued to the same payment method originally used to make the qualifying purchase, to the extent permitted by the applicable payment provider. For qualifying purchases originally paid in cash, the Rebate Amount will be issued by check rather than in cash.
For qualifying purchases made using financing, no Rebate Amount will be issued until (1) Regency Furniture has received payment from the applicable financing provider for the qualifying purchase, and (2) the Qualified Customer has taken delivery of the eligible merchandise. Once these requirements and all other requirements of the Official Rules have been satisfied, the applicable Rebate Amount will be processed in accordance with the payment procedures set forth in the Official Rules.
In the event the designated game is postponed or cancelled for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to either (a) select an alternate 2026 game date and designated team (collegiate or professional football) to replace the postponed or cancelled designated game, or (b) cancel the Conditional Rebate Offer for all affected participants, subject to the complete Official Rules.
